Car accident

It's hard to get started as I never done it before. But because of a horrible car accident ten years back, I've so many experiences with doctors, hospitals, and health conditions en general that somehow I believe my experiences could be useful for others in similar situations.
I would start with a short history of what happened to me, and if I get you interested on, I'll share all of my situations with everyone, and hopefully someone there will not think that is not a solution or a hope. There is hope and solutions, most of them are in our minds, and how much we can manage to control it.

Ten years ago, I was driving home from work when a big truck driving like a mad man and overtaking two other trucks on a bend, saw me and realized that I didn't have many choices there. when I saw this big thing in front of me, I tried to avoid it, but I didn't succeed. In a matter of seconds I realized that he was going to finish up on top of me. I took my seat belt off and went down into the passengers seat, covered my faces with my hands, and I remember shouting to my mother "please don't let me die.."
In a matter of seconds, he was over me and his cargo, sand for a construction, started to get buried under the sand and all of the sudden everything went black. I was completely covered by now. I didn't loose consciousness at any time.
It was a few moments later that start hearing some voices. Men trying to talk to me from over the pile of sand. They're asking me to hold on that they're removing the sand but first they'd to have a bobcat to remove the truck!!!
At that moment I could hardly breath, and I remember the sand in my eyes, my nose, my mouth, all over. But I didn't have no pain.

This three men, managed to remove the truck and the sand, and while waiting for the ambulance they even build a stretcher for me. They also managed to get some clean towels and they clean my face from the sand and the blood coming from all over me. At that moment is when I realized that I was alive thanks to this three men!!!

On my arrival to the hospital, my life partner was there, and I remember a hundred faces all over me, and they're talking about my condition. One was stitching my head and he was worrying about the pain he was causing me, and I remember saying to him "don't mind the pain, do a good job please". Other doctors debating which operation should take place first, my destroyed leg, my head, my neck. When all of the sudden another surgeon stated that "none of those, she's completed burst inside, right now the leg or other parts are irrelevant, she's going to die if we don't act quickly because we don't know how many organs are burst inside".
Nice conversation for me to hear. The next thing I remember is at the Intensive Care Unit and connected to a life supporting machine.

As I said I'll only carry on if somebody finds interesting to listen to the story because it could be of help to others.
